Bail bond electronic monitoring system

The Bonding Company subscribes to our service, Pays for the unit(s) service via Credit Card which is retained on file for monthly charges Prorated and billed on the 1st of each month. TCS will ship the unit ready to install. TCS Retains ownership of unit. Units not returned is billed $500.00. Monitoring is performed on a as needed basis per the Bonding Companies request for location services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
